1. What kind of workshops do you offer?Fresh pasta workshops are my signature experience - perfect for private groups, corporate team building, hen parties, birthday gifts or just a fun evening with friends. Sessions are fully customizable in terms of content, group size and location. I can host up to 8 people in a equipped studio or come directly to your space.2. How does a corporate or group workshop work?I take care of everything - ingredients, equipment and a tailored program based on your group's interests and experience level. Whether it's a hands-on pasta-making session or a themed culinary experience, each workshop is designed to be engaging, informal and memorable.
Groups from 4 to 10+ people are welcome.
3. Can a workshop be a gift?Absolutely. A fresh pasta workshop makes a unique and personal gift for birthdays, anniversaries, hen parties or any special occasion. Gift vouchers are available on request.4. What is gastronomic consulting?I offer consulting services for both private clients and businesses - restaurants, food startups, hospitality venues. This includes menu development, recipe creation, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen workflow optimization. Each project is tailored to your specific goals and budget.5. Do you cater for dietary requirements?Yes. All menus and workshops can be adapted for vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, or any other specific dietary need or allergy.6. Do you travel outside Milan?I'm based in Milan but available throughout Lombardy and beyond. A travel supplement applies depending on distance and logistics.7. How far in advance should I book?At least 3–4 weeks ahead is recommended. For corporate events, seasonal periods, or larger groups, earlier is better.8. What about private chef dining experiences?For intimate dinners, special occasions or exclusive events at home or in a chosen venue, private chef services are available on request - including menu design, ingredient sourcing, on-site cooking, table service, and kitchen clean-up.

9. Is wine pairing available?Yes. On request, I can curate a wine pairing selection to complement each course, chosen to match the style of the menu, your budget and your guests' preferences.10. Are children allowed?Yes, children are welcome. I can adapt the workshop menu and activities based on the ages and preferences of the little ones, to make the experience fun and safe for them too.

Nata a Napoli, porto con me una tradizione culinaria profondamente radicata e vissuta. Formata ad ALMA sotto la guida di Gualtiero Marchesi, il mio percorso è passato attraverso cucine di fine dining, hospitality di lusso e tre anni in un pastificio artigianale a Roma, tempo sufficiente per capire che la pasta fresca è una disciplina, non una scorciatoia.
Oggi lavoro come chef privato e specialista di pasta fresca con base a Milano. Progetto menu su misura per clienti privati, conduco workshop in italiano e in inglese e collaboro a progetti di consulenza gastronomica.
Oggi metto la mia esperienza al servizio di chi desidera vivere un’esperienza unica: creo menu su misura, in cui cura del dettaglio e rispetto per la materia prima si uniscono in un servizio di cucina privata dedicato a chi cerca gusto, eleganza e autenticità.

Claudia Panariello

Born in Naples, I carry with me a culinary tradition that is deeply rooted and lived.
Trained at ALMA under Gualtiero Marchesi, my path then moved through fine dining kitchens, luxury hospitality and three years at an artisanal pasta factory in Rome, enough time to understand that fresh pasta is a discipline, not a shortcut.
Today I work as a private chef and pasta specialist based in Milan. I design bespoke menus for private clients, lead hands-on workshops in Italian and English and consult on gastronomic projects.
My work is built around one consistent idea: that the quality of what ends up on the plate is decided long before cooking begins in the sourcing of ingredients, their preparation and the techniques applied at every stage.
Available for private dining, residential stays and international travel.
